  • What is coaching?
    Coaching is a process whereby a coach partners with a client to provide thought-provoking sessions that allow the client to gain clarity on a situation and inspires them to take action.
  • What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
    Therapy Focus more on past or present. Focus more on cognitions. Focus more on past trauma, emotional healing and mental health issues. Coaching Focus more on present and future. Focus more on behaviours. Focus more on challenging limiting beliefs and overcoming barriers to create action plans and achieving goals.
  • Can I not just do this by myself?
    The fact you are reading this means you already know deep down that you want some help. Our internal system is very complex and we often let our ‘chatterbox’ get the better of us. We become overwhelmed, full of self-doubt and lack confidence and clarity. We are stuck in the same cycles for months and years due to our unidentified negative patterns, and live a life full of negativity, regret and without fulfilment. As a coach, I will hold the mirror for you, provide an honest and unbiased space for you to gain clarity and self-awareness, so you can unleash your true power. Imagine living a life you have always desired.
  • What is a clarity call?
    A 45-minute call via Zoom for us to determine whether we are a right fit for one another. We will identify, explore and understand key areas of your life including your current challenges, goals and aspirations for the future. I only work with clients who are committed to the process of their self-development. If I do not believe we are a good fit, I will recommend another course of action for you; whether it is another expertise coach or therapy (I say this with honesty and love).
  • Sessions - When, where, what, how?
    Our 1hr sessions will he held weekly, via Zoom calls, at a time convenient for us both. I will create and develop a tailored, bespoke and powerful 12-week coaching programme based on the themes that arise as a result of our clarity call (45 minutes) and initial breakthrough session (90 minutes). However, further themes and issues are likely to arise during our weekly sessions. The programme and myself are flexible to accommodate for this as well as meeting your needs for any particular week. This is about you and totally for you.
  • Expectations between coach and client?
    Coach To be your guide in your journey of self-discovery and self-development. Ask the right empowering questions at the right time to unlock your true potential. Challenge you on your limiting beliefs. Provide you with scientific and practical wellbeing techniques and tips. Hold you accountable in taking actions to achieve your goals. To have your best interests at heart, without any agenda of my own. Client Commitment to the process of change. Willingness to be open-minded and dig deep into your belief systems. Being honest with yourself during our sessions. Take agreed upon actions to achieve your goals.
  • What if I cannot make a session during the 12-week programme?
    I understand schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. The 12 sessions are valid for a period of 15 weeks, starting from the date the agreement is signed. This allows for any missed sessions to be rescheduled, whilst encouraging the client to make every effort to attend sessions every week so that strong momentum can be kept at a high to enable significant changes and powerful results to be obtained.
  • How do I know I will get results?
    The truth is, I cannot 100% guarantee you results. It is not totally in my control. However, what I can guarantee you is I will try my 100% best to help you, just like I have with all my previous clients. I will do the running and dribbling for you, pass the ball on a plate to you, but you have to score the goal.

  • What are the next steps after I have agreed to work with you?
    Within 48 hours of our clarity call, I will send you an email with your welcome pack. It will include your contract agreement for you to sign, along with a short client intake form which would need to be completed before our initial breakthrough session. You can also book your coaching sessions via the calendar link provided.
  • How does email support between sessions work?
    Our sessions will provide you with small actions to take which may lead to breakthroughs. Email support enables you to share any wins you have or barriers you are facing, so we can create more momentum and have better value-added sessions during our calls. I will aim to get back to you within hours, and no longer than 48 hours.
