WHat is coaching?
Coaching is a process whereby a coach partners with a client to provide thought-provoking sessions that allow the client to gain clarity on a situation and inspires them to take action.

Yin-Yang
At the core of my philosophy, is the ideology of yin-yang.

The concept of yin-yang represents a dynamic balance of opposite but complementary and interconnected forces. The key to our well-being is tapping into both the yin and yang energy at the right time and place. There is no ‘good’ or ‘bad’, just balance.

Mind-Body-Soul Connection
The phrase “mind, body, and soul” refers to the connection and relationship between the three aspects of yourself:

Body - Physical aspect of yourself that carries you through life.

Soul - Intangible part of you that you refer to as your essence.
The majority of our problems fall into those three key themes: mindset (mind), habits (body) and fulfilment (soul).
I will help you align those three key themes so you bring yourself into balance to create harmony and transform your well-being.
A Scientific Approach
My style is deeply rooted on a rational, logical and scientific approach.
Even if our problems often appear mysterious, they can usually be explained through an unbiased, rational analysis. Whilst we are all unique, we also share common biological traits. Our thoughts, feelings and actions can be explained by psychology.
Knowledge is power. Awareness is the start of change. I will provide you with the necessary tools you need to unleash your true power.
